Our family manages four holiday rental properties in the historic center of Lisbon, Portugal.

Our parish prides itself on being an "aldeia" -- a village -- hidden within the capitol city. You are only an 8 minute walk from the Rossio (Lisbon's buzzing main plaza) yet, when you’re staying in one of our vacation rentals, you'll fall naturally into the quiet simplicities of typical Portuguese neighborhood life.

In June 2001, we kissed Seattle good-bye and moved to Jordan's ancestral Portugal to work with Habitat for Humanity/Portugal. Soon afterwards, in an attempt to protect ourselves from the crashing dollar, we decided to panic -- no, wait -- we diversified into €uro-zone real estate. The idea was to make Jordan and Deb’s longstanding idea for a holiday rental business a reality.

Seven years on, we couldn't be more pleased with the result: sharing our love of the Portuguese people and culture with guests from around the world has been a delight.

Our selection of holiday homes and apartments is -- and will remain -- small so that we can provide the personalized 'attention to detail' which helps make your visit special. Currently we offer the following self-catering holiday homes:

* * Casa Villa Serra, with its charming neighbors and breath-taking views over Lisbon;

* * Casa Pátria, located on same cobbled lane as Casa Villa Serra;

* * Casa Santana & Casa Travessa, 3 minutes from the Rossio (and 3 minutes from Casas Villa Serra & Pátria).
