Within two minutes walking you can reach the main avenue which is called "Avenida da Liberdade" or the tube/train station if you wish. If you're looking for some fun, you can find it at "Bairro Alto" that is a couple minutes away by foot as well. All the historical places to visit in Lisbon are just around the corner.
