Systeel is an engineering and high technological company situated in Mangualde, Portugal, founded more than a decade ago. Its focus is high technology development and incorporation of this technology in its products. The target of these products is mostly the animal production sector. The initial core business was metalworking, however it has evolved and currently includes not only this activity but also research into new technologies increasing the potential of business.
The company`s installations are subdivided in two parties: one is a yard with an area around to 20.000 m2 and the other is an industrial unit with 3.000 m2.
As Systeel is a Portuguese company, historically their major sells were in Portugal, but in the last few years started exporting to Africa and Latin America. Most recently Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Mozambique played an essential role. As is well known, the economy is increasingly dynamic and this explains, on the one hand the increase of the competitiveness (supply) and on the other hand the growing level of costumers requirements (demand), because of that Systeel must establish their own and unique conduct aiming to be successful. This conduct is a set of characteristics- Vision, Mission and Values- in which it transmits their ideals, making evident its differences from other players in the market.

Vision

Systeel’s vision points to a near future, as company development reaches a critical point for success. Systeel’s administration aims to direct the company in the path to succeed and working to make sure the organization is recognized as a reference, becoming the benchmark in the industry. Systeel’s wants to be recognized as:
• Expert in technology for poultry; • Providing a differential and quality service to its customers in order to meet their needs; • Profitable business and added value maker to its shareholders; • Expansion to new markets.
Generically the vision represents the idea “to be more and more”.
