Trojan Horse was a Unicorn (THU) is the unique, annual 6-day festival for digital artists – a “digital art rave” – next taking place in Portugal from 18 to 23 September, 2017.

Featured regularly in the international media, including 3D World magazine, 3D Artist magazine, Imagine FX magazine, and The Hollywood Reporter, it’s been published alongside SIGGRAPH and FMX, and branded as “the one to watch” in digital art events!

Now in its fifth year, THU has earned its recognition as a prestigious festival within the 3D, VFX, Games and Concept Art industries, providing an incredible platform for everyone from producers, animators, game developers, and 3D artists, to VFX professionals, CG talents, digital painters, illustrators, hobbyists and more, to learn from the best, meet with other talents from around the world, take workshops, have portfolio reviews, meet their heroes – and share a beer with them!

THU2017 will once again bring together 500 CG art professionals and students from around the globe with a line-up of world-renowned artists to inspire and teach. THU is one of the largest events of its kind in Europe, attracting attendees from 70 countries.
