The Makai Clinic is born from the passion for promoting health and wellness, both individually and at the family level!
More than 15 years of experience in the field of Clinical Nutrition have allowed us to know in depth all the available technologies in weight and body fat control, to better understand the Portuguese population and what their greatest needs are in weight loss programs, food reeducation and life. The Makai Clinic is a concept based on the individuality and specificity of each one, covering the most diverse areas that in some way control our well-being.
A multidisciplinary team was assembled to evaluate the general state of health, the need to change habits and provide instruments, knowledge and new technologies to achieve the best possible health status, promoting changes in eating habits, increasing an increasingly life style active, controlling sources of stress and destabilization.
As for the children, it is very important that the whole family is involved in the process of changing eating habits and lifestyles, so in the Makai Clinic the child is evaluated in the family environment and the intervention will always be done also in a family environment.

We have at your disposal, among other technologies, the exclusive LIPOFF® Program which, together with a specific diet plan, promotes a reduction of body fat, in a more localized, perfectly organic, non-invasive way, without risk to health and recovery time. This technology allows to have very significant results immediately after the treatment and still more in the weeks following the accomplishment of the same.
The main objectives of nutritional monitoring during the LIPOFF® Program are:
